coconut creme caramel 焦糖椰子奶油

原料部份:

225g (1 cup) white sugar  白砂糖
80ml (1/3 cup) water  水
1 x 400ml can coconut milk  椰奶
375ml (11/2 cups) milk  牛奶
6 eggs, lightly whisked  鸡蛋
100g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar  红糖
1 tsp vanilla bean paste  1小匀香草酱

Toasted shredded coconut, to serve
Shredded lime rind, to serve
